New Student Enrollment

Admissions Process

• Attend an Open House or schedule a School Tour with our Principal. 
• Complete the New Student Application.

Please complete the information accurately and as completely as possible. Many fields are required, and you will not be able to proceed without entering the necessary information.

Once you have completed the application for students K-8: 

•  We ask that you schedule a time to meet with our principal and take a tour. Bring any educational documents you might have to this meeting. (Ex. IEP or 504 plans, state or diagnostic testing scores, latest report cards. 
• We also require new students to do a shadow day, to see what a day is like at St. John's. 
• All new students in K-8 are also required to submit 2 letters of recommendation to be completed by their current or previous year teacher. 
• New students are required to submit latest test scores (state or diagnostics) or schedule a entrance test. 

Birth Certificate (Preschool-8th Grade), Immunizations (Preschool-8th Grade), Custody papers (if applicable) and Medical Statement (preschool only) are due before they start the new school year. They are not required to submit your application or enrollment. 

Once you have completed the require entrance steps we will then process your enrollment packet for you to complete. 

If you have any questions during the application process, please contact the school office at 937.644.5540. Once your application hs been received it will be reviewed. Once approved you will receive an email to complete the enrollment packet to complete along with setting up your tuition payment plan.
